An On-Floor Trainer normally has to work  7 to 8 hrs in a day and is hired by gyms and fitness or wellness clubs on a monthly salary basis. An on-floor trainer’s salary ranges from 25k to 30k per month.

Whereas a Personal Trainer is generally hired on a freelance basis and usually charges a commission of 40% to 50% out of the fee paid by the client.

There’s no earning limitation for a qualified Personal Trainer. You can even earn 1-2 lacs per month as a Personal Trainer. 

A personal Trainer’s job is to guide his clients on every step of their fitness journey to help them in achieving their fitness goals.

Moreover, after gaining 5+ years of experience you can also become a GYM manager or a fitness Club Manager. The role of a manager is to handle sales, equipment, and other departments of a gym. 

A fitness manager has the potential of earning in lakhs per month.

As an experienced fitness expert, you can also join a fitness community, club or gym as a Franchise Manager. However, you should have the knowledge about the franchise market, USPS of your business, values that your gym or club is providing to the customers.
